I buy and sell brand new bulbs & lamps. In addition to any warranty offered by manufactures, I personally guarantee for a period of 30 days of delivery date that your bulb will be without manufacturing defects; otherwise bulb will be replaced. If replacement bulb is not available; full refund will be issued.
EACH and EVERY bulb which ships directly from me is visually inspected (and usually electrically tested) personally by me before shipping.
USA deliveries: ALL bulbs damaged in shipping will be replaced free of charge if shipped by one of my flat rate methods. Otherwise, bulbs will be replaced free of charge only if you purchased shipping insurance. Immediately email me. If replacement bulb can't be found, a refund will be issued.
Non-USA deliveries: Bulbs damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charged only if you purchased shipping insurance, immediately email me. If replacement can't be found, a refund will be issued.
EQUIPMENT RESEARCH SERVICE: Your deposit will be fully applied to your bulb order. If after researching your machine, I'm am unable to sell you the proper brand new bulb; a full refund will be issued to you.
