If you plan doing buying (or selling) over the internet, I highly recommend signing up for free PayPal (www.paypal.com) internet account.
PayPal allows you to send money to any internet user anywhere in the world instantly and securely. I've found payment fraud nonexistent using PayPal. And, can't beat the price... free! (except for credit/debit card transactions)

For your convenience I have two different PayPal accounts for receiving your payment:
NON-CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PayPal is free when made to my PERSONAL PayPal account: (personal PayPal accounts don't accept credit cards nor debit cards)
noncc@donsbulbs.com | CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PayPal isn't a free service and must be made to my PREMIER PayPal account - You must add PayPal fees to your payment, on any payments made to my PREMIER account:

USA customers must add 3.2% to cover PayPal fees.
example: if order total = $92, then... $92 times 1.032 = $94.94
Non-USA customers must add 4.2% to cover PayPal international fees.
example: if order total = US$92, then... $92 times 1.042 = US$95.86
