I will only use your information in conjunction with your particular transaction.
Most communications between us can be handled through the "free" email system, which is the method I prefer to use... My email address is here. But, sometimes the email system is down - or, if I can't get a hold of you by email for any reason, I may then need to reach you by telephone.
Most of my bulbs are stocked here in my warehouse so most orders are shipped directly from me. Some bulbs I have to special order and are stocked in my suppliers warehouses. If this is the case for your bulb, I will have my supplier drop-ship directly to you as this will be quickest. But, if you require extra privacy; let me know so I can have your bulb shipped here first - but, this of course will take longer. All my suppliers have said they will not use my customers information for other uses, but obviously I have no control of your information once it leaves my hands.
I do not keep mailing lists. I usually keep emails on file for around 3 to 6 months after which they are routinely purged from my system.
