| ||Special Ordered Bulbs: Bulbs that I don't have in stock here must be special ordered for you. Special order bulbs are not returnable nor refundable.|
| ||Damaged bulb:|
| ||Manufacture Defects: Bulbs will be replaced free of charge (or refunded if replacement is not available.) Immediately email me. I personally inspect each and every bulb I ship for defects (including broken glass and filaments.)|
Shipping Damage USA Customers: ALL bulbs damaged in shipping will be replaced free of charge if shipped by any of my flat-rate methods. Otherwise, bulbs will be replaced free of charge only if you purchased shipping insurance. Immediately email me. If replacement bulb can't be found, a refund will be issued.
Shipping Damage non-USA Customers: Bulbs damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charged only if you purchased shipping insurance, immediately email me. If replacement can't be found, a refund will be issued.
| ||Wrong Bulb:|
| ||Wrong bulbs returned to me must be received by me unused and undamaged. All returns are carefully inspected.|
Your mistake: Special order bulbs can not be returned. Within 30 days you may return any "stock" bulb to me for full credit towards purchasing correct bulb. No monetary refunds given. Stock bulbs are bulbs which I have here in stock here. If needed, ask me before ordering as about 25% of the bulbs listed on my website are special order bulbs. Email me.
My mistake: If I made a mistake with your order; immediately email me. I'll pay for return shipping costs. If a correct bulb can't be found I will issue you full, complete refund.
