With ALL correspondence, always include your:
- non-spam blocked email address
* payment details, order number, etc...
* full name
* shipping address
* telephone number
* bulb type / number
* equipment / projector (brand & model number)
Email subject line must somewhere include the word bulb or lamp.
(otherwise my my spam filter will delete; I won't receive your email)

I process all email early, each WEEKDAY morning, USA California time zone (PST):
* Email subject line must contain word bulb or lamp.
* Make certain your email server doesn't have me spam blocked.
* Don't send PayPal payment to this email address... read: PayPal info
* Compress JPEG or GIF photos to under 100k before emailing.
* Don't send attachments; they are automatically deleted. |
